Please advice me as of what model can I get to replace the pivot shoe and coil from the attach picture. This window is double hung from American craftsman or Argon. Thank you.

I was able to remove the balance with the broken spring. I attached additional photos with measurements of my balance. No manufacturer name on the part. Just a patent number. The number is 5.353.548. We have a 48x48 window that is very heavy and doesn't stay up. The springs seems to have sprung and no longer hold the window up. Looking for the springs and the pins that hold the window to them.

Need a replacement for the spring and/or lock. The metal triangle holds the top of the spring.Channel seems to be 1 or 1-1/4" x 1/2"Spring is 1/2" wide.When spring broke it blew out the pivot stop at the top. Right side of window has a coil system. Window won't open unless I use tilting function, tip window out and then move it and replace tilting lock. Won't stay open on it's own sometimes and doesn't glide smoothly. Makes a cracking sound when I close it. Left side of window seems ok. ... (cont.)

Attached is the OEM part from a very old Andersen window front tilt. My question is the following: will the swivel (light blue center) work with you replacement part?

Need to verify if this is a 7# balance spring. The marking looks more like a letter L than a 7 the spring appears to be 15/32" wide and the center of the hole spacing is 3/4" I do not see any markings on these windows to indicate manufacturer they are vinyl single hing tilt windows.The spring atta ...
