Need Two replacements

I am looking to replace two coil spring balances on a window that is 24 1/2 x 36 and three-quarter tilt in double hung. The sash size is 22 1/2 x 18". I would see the approximate weight is about 15 pounds. This coil spring wraps up inside the pivot shoe. I don't see any stamps on the spring. ... (cont.)

I was able to remove the balance with the broken spring. I attached additional photos with measurements of my balance. No manufacturer name on the part. Just a patent number. The number is 5.353.548. Need a replacement for the spring and/or lock. The metal triangle holds the top of the spring.Channel seems to be 1 or 1-1/4" x 1/2"Spring is 1/2" wide.When spring broke it blew out the pivot stop at the top. Right side of window has a coil system. Window won't open unless I use tilting function, tip window out and then move it and replace tilting lock. Won't stay open on it's own sometimes and doesn't glide smoothly. Makes a cracking sound when I close it. Left side of window seems ok. ... (cont.)
