As you can see by the attached pics, this unit has broken and needs to be replaced. Not sure of the window manufacturer but the unit has "L10" marked on it. That's the only marking. I have a cascade window from 2012. numbers are rubbed off on the coil housing. Its a double hung 3/0 5/0. Ive been told by cascade that its most likley an aimsbury (now known as truth) 10D for 13-14 lbs but when i search that description all i get is single coils. Please help!

The blue cam on one of my coil balances broke. The middle tab in the cam broke off, so can't get it to lock/unlock on its own.
