Need longer spiral on Series 200 balance
I purchased 2 23" Series 200 Spiral Balances. The spiral on the old ones are 1 1/2 " longer than the new ones. Everything else is the same. Can you help identify the part I need? Thank you

Windows slamming shut. Need round balance with hook
PLEASE HELP!!! I have a window which was installed, hmmmm, lets say 1973. The frame of the windows are metal. I need to replace the channel balance to keep the windows from slamming shut, and/or not staying open on their own. My channel balance is round, with what looks like a huge metal hoo ... (cont.)
