Looking for a window balance with a hook on top

Hi, I have these 16 year old Milgard Tilt windows that were in the house when I brought it. Milgard will not warranty them anymore. A couple of balancers are broken, others hard to operate. I would like to replace them, but do not know what to purchase from you.I believe they are channel balanc ... (cont.)

The windows are M and W. The part looks like a big spring with strings attached to the top. The windows wont stay up. Can you help.

The top plastic piece is broke on one side and the other side doesn't look long for this world either. Thanks so much, Steve

Bought these windows about 15 years ago,AWS company,they're out of business, can't find parts. Balance. 17" long,pivot lock is an inch across, 2 inches long
