S770-25 25" Series 770 Balance

Need to replace this balancer. Window from house built in 1999.. Aluminum with mason army flange. Approx 52" x 55". On side of balancer. U.??? E 24-D-40, then below 22-??-97 Notice the wedge at the end of the string. This attaches to the tilt brake. .

Window is hard to open and close. Channel balance is 25" and only markings are 2500 and BSL. It has a clip attached similar to 15-043. I have also attached the pivot shoe which looks very similar to 15-129. I assume I can use my existing pivot bars.

Broken channel balance and pivot bar. The channel balance has mark: 2500 BSI LB. Is Swisco 770 the right replacement? Total length 25

I have multiple windows that can not open or cannot stay open. It seems to be related to the channel balance. we are having trouble identifying the window manufacturer or how to fix these issues. We have SOLARIS d.h. tilt in windows. The#24-D-40 is stamped on the channel It looks like this is the same part?

The balance is 25"L x 5/8" D x 9/16 W. II need to replace many of these and this was the only name that came up in the search. Please let me know if there are other options. Thank you
