S770-25 25" Series 770 Balance

I have a window with a broken balance. The balance in question is marked "UNIQUE 24-D-40" and it measures 25" in length. Sash balance is 25" long and no attachments at ends , just a loop clip and a hook like clip in other end. Looking for replacements of this sash balance

The window brand is Caradeco. The windows will not slide open. As you can see, the window also can open inwards for cleaning. I also attached the part that fell off one of our windows and is the mechanism to slide open the windows.

I am looking to replace two window ballasts on my window.

these are from a older window and the manufacturer is. They are attached together on each side. No markings except patent#. they are 1" wide 1 1\4 length at the receiver end the spring is 12 1\2 long spring and approximately 25" total length.

Hi- I need help identifying the correct channel balance for my windows. I thought I needed the Series 751, but as you can see by the photos, mine has a screw hole at the top of my balance and it has a plain channel with only one (not two) sash cords. Hi, I need to replace balances. Some are marked 20TG with a lenght of 21 1/4 inches and others are 36TG X with a lenght of 37 1/4 inches. I need the parts to attach the window as well. (see pictures). Could you tell me what exactly I need to buy? Thank you so much, John

Hi Swisco, please see attached pics of the Loewen balance - the item is for a tilt-out window and is stamped with 25D ... 25 in length and 1/2 in width. It installs recessed into the channel with two cam pivots on the sash that mount into the clamp on the end of the string. Mike

The length is 25 inches and width is 9/16.

I am looking for a window lift and pivot shoe. The window lift is 5/8" x 5/8" square and 24 7/8" long. The pivot shoe dimensions are shown in the attached file. I will need two of these.

I know this is a S770, however the stamp on it reads 24HD and it measures 25 5/16. I'm just curious as to what size I should purchase?

Looks like it say BSI 25C on the metal. I need two replacements.

Hello, I'm in search of replacement parts for a super seal window which I believe has now been bought by sierra pacific vinyl. I need new block and tackle for an upper and lower sash as well as the pivot bars for the upper and lower sash of a double hung vinyl window.

Non branded double hung tilt window channel balance. Only markings are "e 24TG".
