I tried to replace my rollers with the Swisco 23-031, but the wheels are too tight. SHould I get something with smaller wheels?

I need the a replacement for the part shown. The cam gears in the adjustment are stripped out and will not allow me to raise the door.

Please see pictures. 3/4" chamfered nylon roller, 3/16" offset, mounting holes are 1 and 5/8" apart. This is for the "front" door.

I need to know if there is an adjustment(a screw/bolt, that probably rotates a cam within the assembly) to adjust the height of a door which part # 23-031 would attach to?
