Hello, the handle in the photo is from an old Andersen window and it is stripped and will not seat into the crank operator. Do you have a replacement? At this point I am looking for any handle that can work and not concerned with obtaining an exact match.

I'm looking for these in white. What I bought from you wont work.

Looking to just replace these cranks/covers and locks with new white ones. I feel like the middle cranks isn't even the right one for that window. Thanks for the help.

Good morning, sorry for the bother. I'm looking for a casement operator cover and crank for one of my Anderson Casement windows in my kitchen. Windows installed probably 20 - 30 years ago. 2 windows per section x 3 sections with about 8" separation between each 2 window section along wall of upstairs room. Of the 6 cranks, only about 3 will push window out and up. The others either grind and sound stripped or if window is out must be pu ... (cont.)

I have 2 Anderson windows that need parts. 1 awning will not crack open or close (the gears are not grabbing). 1 a casement that the handle broke completing off. If you look at the window from the inside it is on the right. Can you tell what I need and if you have them? Thanks
