Hello, Could you please help me to identify this Andersen crank. We moved to a "new" house and need some window cranks to be repaired or replaced. I am trying to figure out out what parts I need for doing it myself. Thanks, George

The crank parts are missing to open and close the window. Not sure what brand as the windows are very old.

I just placed and order for the 39-390 operator (short arm) and was planning to use the original Anderson handle. Will that fit or do I need to order the 39-286 handle to work this this operator? Thank you, Jim

I have attached photos as I am trying to find some assistance replacing these broken cranks. The one with no handle is for a bow window with 4 small awning type windows. All are broken(sadly). Hello, I was hoping to get some help with this hardware. I actually just need the clips that would go into the track. I attached one image of some hardware that has the clips. If I could just get those clips, great. Otherwise, I would need the new hardware.

Hello, the handle in the photo is from an old Andersen window and it is stripped and will not seat into the crank operator. Do you have a replacement? At this point I am looking for any handle that can work and not concerned with obtaining an exact match.
