I believe it's an Alcoa window (stamped 105 between the panes). Shoe is 3/4" wide, 1-7/8" tall. What is the correct part? I need 3 to replace broken ones.

Purchased custom double hung Windows from MI windows in 2008 but they are now discontinued. The balance system is broken on several of the Windows, so when you unlatch the bottom window to open, the top window comes sliding down, there is nothing holding it up. This balance and pivot pin are from what I believe is a Capital double hung window. The upper sash weighs approximately 17.2 pounds the lower sash 18 pounds. I have a window from CertainTeed manufactured in March 2006, series 8500 36x72". The label is attached. The plastic cam in the pivot shoe is broken so the shoe will not lock in place when the window is tilted. The spring has snapped up into the top of the channel and the window will not stay open. Hello, I wrote in a few months ago but didn't have enough info for you to help ID my parts. I will post the same photos again this time. I believe I have a broken spring balance [see attached photo]. This is from a CertainTeed window. I will get the weight of the window, yet, I am wondering if you would be able to point me point point me in the direction of a part number.
