I would like to replace a broken coil balance part for my upper window sliding mechanism.

The balance on one side of my window broke and I am looking for the part. As per our phone conversation I am attaching the picture of the parts. Please let me know if it is available and how much it is going to cost me. I really appreciate it. Thank you Regards Tarun

I think this is the shoe I want. I am enclosing pictures to show you what fits into my current shoe, and pictures of the current pivot shoe. I think your 15-180 is what I need (if it has a T head. The pictures will show you what I mean.

Existing parts are less than 1 1/4' in width. I measured it between 3/4 and 5/8 of an inch. I am returning 1 1/4; do you have the right replacements?

Where can I buy a replacement for this item? I believe it is from an mmi window.

Attached are the pictures of the parts from my Tilt Window Series 380DH H-R25 47X73 that are broken. The coil balance clip, shoe and another part are broken. I've found the parts I need on the website, but what does the 932 mean on my part? Do I need certain length or strength? And how long does shipping take?

Please help me ID these coil balances. The windows are approximately 13-14 years old and are single hung. There appear to be different balances on each side and the metal part is marked with a "4". The window sash falls closed and will not stay open. Thank you for your help!

I can find no marking on these balances at all. Not on the coils, which seem to be worn nor the plastic housing. There is no labels on the windows to match builder to part. The balances are single coil. The length of the top piece is 1 5/8" and, together the two pieces are 2 7/8" long. It is an ... (cont.)

I need 6 window balancers. I'm not sure what brand of vinyl window it is but it is builder grade for a 21 year old house. The metal tape is stamped 540. That is the only identifying number. Can you help me identify what parts I need?

I am told by the manufacturer that I need two balances to keep this window open.
