Window keeps falling down and won't stay up.

This is a device that permits the window to roll up and down. When turned, it locks the window in place if lifted. It has two parts; one of the parts has only a half

As shown in the photograph, the spring coil snapped. The sliding part of the window is double glaze and weigh just a little under 16 pounds. What will be the correct parts for both shoe and coil? Thanks.

I need to replace a few of the coil balance mechanisms on some vinyl single hung windows. I have attached photos. the copper color metal coil has broken off a few. My window uses dual coil balances as shown in the images. Two of the coils broke on my window(one on each side) and I'm not sure what the right replacements would be, all the coils are stamped with a number 4 and are 1/2 inch wide. regarding replacement pivot pins for home double hung windows installed in 2009.

Not sure what it is called but it holds up the window when you open it. It has a spring that is attached to the tilt assembly.

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement coil balance for what the house builders told me is an MI window. It is original to the house, 17 yo. When I opened the window, it simply fell out in my hands -OOPS! Need to find replacement coil spring balances for both sides.

The right side shoe is broken see photo so window will not stay open The home was built in 2001 The glass inside measurement on the window is H26inches / W30inches

Help with window balance

Both windows have broken ribbon on balance on right side only. Windows placed by Westport homes 10/2005. See pics for sticker details.

Bedroom window will not stay up in position. Window measures 36 1/2" W X 55 3/8" H....No identifying brand name inside sash frame. Only a AAMA CERTIFICATION PROGRAM DECAL ( with series and numbers). Removed damaged coil and shoe. Coil is cut and shoe is cracked. Crack can be seen in last photo. Hop ... (cont.)
