I need to make sure I order the correct series 190 coil balance. I used your measurement formula and believe I need (2) 6 lb. coil balances, S190-640, can you recheck my calculations? I'm not sure I'm using the correct terms, but this is the sash in the frame of the window on the left side (if you're facing the window). The plastic piece at the bottom is split. I didn't take the piece out of the window frame because I was afraid of what might happen with the coil balance. The ... (cont.)

The left latch that you release to tilt out the window is broken and the spring is hanging out. The loops on the end of the balance where the shoe should go looks broken. However I am a novice at this so I may have got the names and stuff wrong'

A bunch of photos are attached for your team's consideration. While searching myself online, I found BF Rich and thought that these photos were similar but you guys are experts, so I'll await your review and thoughts....then hope to place some orders with you.

Hello, I am not sure what this part is called, but I need four of them. I'm also not sure of what kind of windows they are (brand name). I removed the busted plastic pieces on the side of my window now there's really nothing holding it in place when I push the window open. I do not know the who the manufacturer is. I be attached pics from a fuctionong window as well.

Hello I was hoping you can help me identify these coil balance parts. The coil is 1/2" wide and is stamped with a 9. It's a triple coil I think the detent clip and bushings are good I would like to replace the pivot shoe and coils. Thank you for your help with this.

Hello, I have pictures of the attached parts. Please let em know which equivalent I can order from you. We are needing to repair this window sash for a house to close and I have had no luck with local window and glass company. The upper sash came crashing down on the inspection, seems the bottom ... The part that the window fits in is 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" deep. The upper part is 3/4" wide. Unfortunately there are no markings anywhere on the parts or on the window itself. The replacement windows were here when we moved in and have no markings on them either. Thanks for your help ... (cont.)
