Please help identify sash coil spring and bottom attachment for builder grade windows with NO identifying marks. Windows are Vinyl, single hung, home was built around 2000. Thank you for your assistance.

Purchased custom double hung Windows from MI windows in 2008 but they are now discontinued. The balance system is broken on several of the Windows, so when you unlatch the bottom window to open, the top window comes sliding down, there is nothing holding it up. This balance and pivot pin are from what I believe is a Capital double hung window. The upper sash weighs approximately 17.2 pounds the lower sash 18 pounds. I have a window from CertainTeed manufactured in March 2006, series 8500 36x72". The label is attached. The plastic cam in the pivot shoe is broken so the shoe will not lock in place when the window is tilted. The spring has snapped up into the top of the channel and the window will not stay open. I'm not sure I'm using the correct terms, but this is the sash in the frame of the window on the left side (if you're facing the window). The plastic piece at the bottom is split.
