Balancer is broken on a tilt vinyl window. It won't stay open. I don't know what make they are. Swisscom helped me on my previous home. Please resume me again. Thanks

I just moved into a new home. I have a number of windows with broken parts.... tilt latches, coil balance, locks, etc... I can't find a name on any of the windows. Can you help identify them so I can order some pieces ?

My window no longer stays open anymore. It just slams shut so I decided to troubleshoot. I see a 9 engraved on the coil. The bottom hook part of my coil balancers are broken it appears. This is for my single hung windows that tilt in.

Cannot determine window manufacturer, but looking to replace broken single coil weights for tilt windows. The removed coil weight does not indicate size, part #, weight... No markings from what I can see. Looking to replace the coil weights and any other of the moving parts to make the window fun ... (cont.)

Hello I need help identifying the parts in the photos. The coil spring balance has a 6 or 9 on the spring,see photo. A total of 10 assemblies needed . The the other type have 14B stamped on. 16 needed. In both cases I am assuming right and left are the same part. Thank you

Hey, have several windows that have just one side where the coil balance snapped. I don't know if the top plastic and bottom piece come with a new coil bablance, or if you just order the coils. Need left and right spring shoe, what is part number so I can order.

They are from a 2003 MI Home/Xact window 35" w by 35 1/4" h. the broken coil springs are 1/2" wide. My guess is part number 740 S190 but wanted your opinion. Thanks!

Windows won't stay up and house inspector told us it's because of these balancers. Do you carry these if they are indeed the balancers?

I purchased these parts from you a while back but can not find them again. This oil support holder and coil pivot attachment is for a tilt out to remove window. I purchased around 40 before to replace on my windows and am looking for more. I can not find them again on your site.

I did not see any markings on the single coil balance, and don't see a matching pivot bar in your system to try and match it up. Just looking to replace the complete balance assembly and shoes.
