I have removed the left/right sash balances on one of my 1989 Vintage Double-Hung Andersen Windows and only find the numbers 11600 17, 111600A-3, and 927 R 477 89 and maybe (badly tarnished) 3.333.435 best guess. Both cords on the window balancer on my Andersen window broke. They are simple double hung windows. It is hard to get an exact measurement. The best I can do is that the window is 31 ¾" x 26 ½". The glass is 23 ¾" x 28 3/8". I am attaching a photo
