I have an Andersen window and one of the sash cords failed. I want to replace all the cords but I notice I need a number from the original sash cord part in order to order the parts from you. This means I have to take apart the window BEFORE I order the part. Is there some other way I could get the ... (cont.)

I need a replacement Anderson double hung window balance and the only visible marking says 11600-17 The visible glass dimension is 32-3/8"W x 20" H (each pane)

Need to determine which replacement balance to get.

The balance measures 3"x6 3/4" and is 3/4" thick. The window is 3'x4'6" each pane is 3'x2' 3 1/2" Anderson wood window
