Dimensions are about 6.25X3X0.75 inches. Window is nearly 30 years old.

I need to replace the Andersen window balance. It's a double hung balance It says on the balance as shown in the picture: 11600-17 under the Andersen Logo BE12 9#27 7-86 Measurement : length: 6" 3/4

This is an Andersen double hung window manufactured in 1989 according the window decal.I want to have the replacement parts before I disassemble the window. The window decal also has a circle under the Andersen Triangle with a XI in it. Can you recommend the proper part from this info? Thanks ... (cont.)

I need to replace the box that holds the sash cords on an Andersen window. The numbers on the box are E41 9-22 9-77 (from what I can tell). It is on the left side (looking out the window). What set do I need? Thank you, Pat

Window sash size is 32 1/2 high by 22 wide. Window made in 1986 or 87. Need two balancers. Can you advise? Thanks. stamped number is 11600-3 on one side and 11600-17 on the other.
