Anderson Sash Balance The number stamped on balance is E32 9#27 10-85. Please let me know what would be the correct replacement balance?

Are these pictures good enough to identify the parts I need? I can remove them and take more pictures if I have to. Note the sticker marked 9-31, and the number 8-85 stamped into the metal. Thanks for the help

Andersen has different sash counterbalances for each side of the double hung window, ie, one marked for the left and one marked for the right. With the 939 do you just sell one for both sides? Is this product an actual Andersen product or an after market product?

Need to replace sash balance box and can't find any that match the numbers on the box. Numbers on the box 11600-17,11600A-3. Other numbers on side of box 931 and R38 399. Please let me know if there is one that will match up. Thank you

One of the left tension cords broke and i have to repair it. I believe these are the original windows in the house dating to 1984. The sash cords have broken on the lower sashes. I watched your video (excellent) and removed one pair.
