Hi - I'm looking to confirm a replacement part number for the sash balancer pictured here. The part/model number appears to be 11600-17. The "box" number appears to be 931 - if I'm reading the pictures correctly.

Look to identify what sash balance I need. Client has Andersen window attached is some of what i could take a pic of from the current balance its aprox 6in long for a double hung window glass dementions are 36" across by 32" tall per sash. Can you segest the correct replacement part? ... (cont.)

Would like to replace Anderson sash balancer from a window installed around 1986 or 1987. The stamp I see is E41 9#27 6 86 . Which one would I use as a replacement? Thanks.
