I need the plastic shoe itself in order to fix my window

hey i need a few window balances but before i order them i would like to know if i could tell the shoe size by measuring the channel that the shoe slides into? all the shoes are broken from these particular windows so i cannot measure them but the channel is 1-1/4". does this mean i need the 1-1/4 s ... Good morning, Last week I spoke to a real nice lady who was very helpful identifying window balances and parts I need to repair five windows in my home. please help me identify and REPLACE what I am told is a "pivot shoe". I need two pair. There is a stamp on the channel above where the shoe stops. It's is a vertical 28B over horizontal B.S.I. That is all I can find to identify the single hung vinyl window. Thanks, Chuck

What is the difference between the 2800 and 28B balance? Thanks Tom

I can't seem to locate the shoe, that's in the attached photo, on your site. Is this a part you carry? I'm in need of 10 to 12 of them. On the balance there is a stamping that says 28a BSI. Thanks, Sean

I have several windows in a home we recently purchased that need to be repaired. One balance is marked 18C BSI G, the others are 28B BSI G. I can get the balance loose in the channel, but anyway I turn it, it will not fit through the opening. There are no removable parts in the channel. I am att ... (cont.)

I am not sure what you are asking. Are you looking for S775-28 with the option 28C and a 1" shoe?

The Series 775 balance system comes with the shoe attached. You will have an option between a 1" balance shoe or a 1-1/4" balance shoe.
