This balance assembly came from my Silverline vinyl, double-hung, tilt sash windows that were installed in 1989. Where can I find replacement parts for these?

I am replacing an old style crossbow balance 28" long With a new channel balance series 775. My window is 26 pounds. I believe I need the 28D with 1 1/4 shoe. I believe I need to replace the old style pivot bar? But cannot find a match. Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks Dan ... (cont.)

These windows are original to the house in 1999. Some windows are very difficult to move up and down. The metal portion of the unit measures 28" long by 1/2" by 1/2". The is only one marking on the channel balance. 28B The balance screws to the frame at the top with one screw and has no other attachment to the frame. It has the shoe pictured above with sits sideways in the track to cradle the window.
