Channel balance from window stamped with a 28b bsi lm. The plastic piece at bottom is broken the shown picture is the unbroken from other window. Looking for replacment

The only marking is on the channel "28C." This is from a double hung, tilt inward, window. The chord on the pulley system inside the channel broke so I am looking to replace.

Hi, I'm looking to replace the window balances on (14) windows. The house was built around 1998. I do not see a mfg. name on the window or part numbers on the existing balances. The pivot bars photographed work for this system, have already purchased new ones. Numerous pivot shoes around my house are seized. Photo'd is the shoe in question. I believe they are not replaceable and need a whole new track. Track is stamped 28B am hoping you have a replacement? ... (cont.)

Swisco Team, I have a window where the plastic part which is attached to the end of the Sash Cord (that the window frame sits in), is broken. The stamp appears to read 28B with BSI or BS1 below, then a sideways E on the third row of lettering. It has a plastic "C" shaped piece attached to a synthetic (nylon?) string that goes up into the metal piece. I need replacement balances for 16 windows. All are broken and pieces missing. These are for 6'0", 5'0" and 4'0" tilt-in vinyl windows. They were installed with vinyl siding in 1999. If we replaced all the windows, we would have to install new siding as well.
