Hello! I need to replace two 32C tilt window balances but the shoe size is 1 inch and you only have 1-1/4 inch available. Is there another balance available that I could use? Could I use the 3200 with the 1 inch shoe?

I need to purchase a balance and several balance shoes. My existing balances is 32" long and has a 1" shoe. I have identified the balance as Series 775 and S775-32. However, stamped in the balance channel is "32B". The only option I find for a 32B" uses a 1 1/4" shoe. What balance do I need to ... (cont.)
