82-238 Double Hook Mortise Lock

I am trying to find out if you guys carry, a keeper for my patio door. In a new house and two of the sliding doors are missing keepers (I believe that's what you call them) for the locks. I have attached two pictures and it looks like the door is a Malibu Narrow Stile SGD-R25 and it's 120x82. Wo ... (cont.)

We have a handle that is loose and needs to be replced. The handle has no brand, excpet a MADE IN NEW ZEALAND engraving. It is the orignal sliding door that the builder put in the house when it was built in 2006. Please advise to see if this product would work. Thank you.

The entire lock mechanism and handle needs replacing.I am unsure if the key works the outside lock, but that part may remain the same if needed.Please help me identify which replacement parts I need.Thanks,Stacy

We are missing the part that locks into the handle. I don't know part numbers, just that it is a Newcastle XT/new haven sliding door. We took it off and attached it to a dog door which was subsequently loaned to someone who did not return it.

I think this is your 82-238 lock.It has all the measurements as your 82-238. Am I correct? J parker

The keeper for this patio door lock is missing. The distance between the outside ends of the holes where the hooks would latch need to be 3 3/4" apart minimum. Hi, my door handle is broke and I believe your 82-081 will fit except the description says it?s for doors up to 1-3/8. My door measures closer to 1-1/2 than 1-3/8. I don?t know what to do. Can you help?

I need to replace a double hook mortise lock. The existing lock is an Interlock 16-460ss. Do you have an equivalent? The 82-238 looks similar but i cannot tell if it is the equivalent part or not. Hi, Today I received my 82-238 Double Hook Mortise Lock and 82-240 Multi-Point Mortise Latch Lever. I've installed them but now I can't get the 82-238 to release. Hello, I just moved and the door handle on my slider on the outside (black handle) won't close with a key. It's not on properly and when closed up again the frame it's tough to turn key. On the Double Mortise Lock it has "II(letters) Made in New Zealand, Patent Pending". The latch lever broke and I think it is because the mortise lock is no longer working properly.
