I removed the handle (improvising a way to access the screws with the door closed...), thinking maybe the lever was somehow broken. The lever is fine and is turning the internal mechanism. However, when moved to the unlocked position, it appears one or both of the hooks remain in place.I'm not sur ... (cont.)

Hi Abe. Start by looking at our 82-238. Carefully review all the dimensions and specifications, and let us know if you think you could use this to replace your old mortise lock.

can you help identify this brown old mortice lock.the newer one is a milgard ,not the same.

Our lock broke. I'm pretty sure it's a double hook mortise lock. I'll probably also replace the striker. Which striker would work best? 89-036 adjustable or the multipoint striker?

My door is 15 years old. Picture #4 (24731) is what's broke.It the inside of picture #5(24730). It won't latch to lock the door. Do you recognize or have these parts? Do you sell just that part or the whole handle assembly? And if so, the cost? Thank you.

Hello, Please see the attached pictures. I have a sliding patio door that had the handle broken. I believe it is a Mortise style handle. 4 15/16" gap between the mounting holes. Do you know what replacement part I need? Also, I think it's Almond colored. My best guess is the Legance II 213-K-018 ... (cont.)
