What top pivot is needed for the door that is missing one? The top pivot that is shown will not work because it does not recess enough.

Hi! I need the pivot pin that goes into the top of the folding door and into the sliding guide. What should I order from you?

The picture shows only one but there are two detents that ride in a guide rail on top while the bottom has two plastic wheels that roll in the bottom track. This is door off a German made shrunk and am needing two of these spring loaded top pivots. The width is about 1". Which parts should I order ... (cont.)

The pin cap of our wooden bi-fold door has broken. Without one in place, the glide won't stay in the track. Our cap looks like a plastic top hat sitting on top of the metal pin. The metal pin is 2" tall, the top is 3/16" wide, the cap's opening is 1/4" wide, and the cap is 3/8" tall. ... (cont.)

Hello, My bi fold door is getting stuck and not gliding smoothly. It seems I am missing a piece to join the pin into the track on both the bottom and top. I'm not just looking for the pin. I need all the plastic that comes around it or it won't hold in place because it's just a big hole when I remove it. I think I have the base of this piece, but I can't get it out of the furniture. I do not have the spring or the piece that the spring pushes into the hole in order to attach the door. Can this hardware be disassembled?

I,m looking for the door slide for a 24" door. The track is 3/4" outside width, inside is 5/8" best I can tell. I will also need the pin that goes in the top of the door. Thank you for your help Bob

This seems to match what I am looking for but I wanted to know if the pin pushes down below the plastic casing (open on the bottom) or if it stops at the plastic bottom of the casing (closed bottom).
