I'm looking to repair or replacea broken hinge for Anderson Storm Door S/N 0019243478. Would any hinge repair kits or replacements work?

I just received my order for the 40-165 storm door hinge pin replacements and the Larson storm door hinge. The pin and the spring is too big for the hinges that I bought. The hinges kind of fit, but I can't put it inside. Did I order the right parts?

I am looking for 2.75 light storm door hinge. I have attached pictures. The hinge is 2.75 long. The screw plate is 2.75" long.

Original owner of the house may have installed the frame/door off-square. It is at least 12 years or older I hope you have 3 of these hinges in stock, as that door is barely holding on. I know all three are needed to open and close without stressing the hinges excessively.

My problem is how do you remove the old broken pins to replace them with the storm door hinge pin repair kit. It seems to have no space to get old pins to pop out. Is there a video out there to show me. Thanks for your time.

We are missing one of the metal pins that goes into the spring. The spring is 2 and 1/2 inches long and the opening to the hinge itself is 5/16 inches wide.I forgot to get the name of the door but it is about 1980's. Lower of two hinges.

I have an emco storm door #0013696050. I ordered #40-165 repair kit but the "pins" are 5/16" and what I need are 1/4". Do you have any suggestions? I could try drilling out the hinges to 5/16" but that will weaken the aluminum.

Larson Storm Door: registration number 140830000 The upper 3 hinges are completely broken. Lower hinge and door "shock absorber" regulator on top of door are all that's holding the door up anymore.
