Hi, have an M&I double Hung window mo0del 380DH series and the right hand (as you face window inside) has broken. You can see by the photo. Please help me ID these coil balances. The windows are approximately 13-14 years old and are single hung. There appear to be different balances on each side and the metal part is marked with a "4". The window sash falls closed and will not stay open. Thank you for your help!

this is off a regency double hung window that i installed 18 years ago.this part measures 1-3/16 wide=1/2 deep=1&7/8 long & the spring that has broke is 1/2 wide & 20 1n. long the size of the window is15in. wide & 26in. high. can you help me out with this part. thanks, norman

window wont stay up. entire balance shoe and spring missing from left side of window. dims are approx. 1.25" wide and 9/16" thick.
