Window coil spring I WOULD NEED MANY OF THESE SPRINGS IF POSSIBLE.

Coil Springs do not have any identifying marks Dimensions of the coil assembly with coil is 1-1/4" wide; 2-15/16" length; depth 1/2" Sash weighs 18.9 pounds Windows are about 12 years old. No markings. Oddly - identical windows sashes and weights - some had 1 coil others had 2.

I can't find a number (although I'm not sure where to look). The coils on both sides are broken in the middle, although the window seemed to stay up okay with just one coil. The window is relatively small and light weight. Thanks for helping find the right coil to order!

I am looking for a replacement coil for my older vinyl windows (circa 1995).The coil is stamped 440. Is this something you carry? And if so, would you give me the part number/name for ordering. Thank you.Rosemary

Coils are 1//2" wide with a single screw mount & slightly curved edge where mounted, with 427 stamped on each coil. The coils look like your S190. White balance with white cover with 2 spacers on cover for balance bushing to ride on similar to your 15-181. 2 screws go through balance bushing space ... (cont.)

Could find no markings

It holds the lower double pane window panel from falling down when you are trying to open it by sliding it upward so it can stay open.

Windows have dual coil balance springs on each side of window. Upper coil spring is labeled 440 and lower coil spring is labeled 540 Width of spring is 1/2 inch Weight of window is 23.4 pounds Springs are 25 years old. All other parts work properly, tilt window shoe locks etc. Springs ... (cont.)
