I had replacement glass installed and several of the attached track pieces are broken. I think you call them a balance and shoe. Do you have anything that looks like this?

Hello James, these are the coils from my other broken window. They say 5 and 4, nothing else.

There is no writing on any of it. From base of window to top of white part is approx 32in. Can clearly see one side complete missing the shoe, and the other side the shoe has a crack at the bottom therefore not supporting anythingPics of it uninstalled. Unable to find right sided shoe ... (cont.)

Trying to find something similar to this one. If you look close it has a 4 on one side and a 5 on the other.. We would definitely buy 2 if we figure out the correct one.

The only marking on the balances was a 4 on the coil spring. These units are approximately 1-3/8"wide, 1/2" deep and 3-15/16 in height. These are installed on A-1 Wholesale double hung windows that are 27-1/4 x 56-1/4 inches in 10/15/2003. Several windows balances are not working and any help is ... (cont.)

Hi, this is a #4 coil assembly for a small single bathroom window. As you can see, the plastic part is broken. Can you help me Identify the part I need? Thanks so much. Vicki

The attached pic is for a broken 20 year old window balance. It measures 1 3/16" wide and has 8 stamped on the coil. HOWEVER the window glass was recently replaced; the entire frame plus glass now weighs 25 pounds. I suspect I need two S140-13 replacement parts, would appreciate it if you coul ... (cont.)

These two balances were broken in a double hung, tilt window; upper sash. I've looked everywhere on the windows and cannot find a manufacturer name, nor a part number anywhere. Hoping you can identify this part and help me to find replacements. Thanks, Bob

Hi. Window weights 17 pounds. Their are 2 coils on each side of the window. The 2 coils are attached to each other. The coil is 1/2 inch wide. Thanks.
