I need to replace the cranks for my casement windows. There are 15 .

I have a Silverline casement window in the kitchen, both right and left handle turner are broken and I would like to replace them , Is that possible and which product do you suggest i should get from your catalog. Thankyou Jay

Please see the attached pictures. This most closely matches part number 39-315 but with a shorter link arm. Is there a direct replacement available with a shorter link arm? The number stamped on the link arm is 20810.

I have multiple windows that will need cranks but I want to start with just this one. My contractor ask for this one a hinge and a crank but the other windows just seem to have crank problems. It has a mark Truth 31850. I also need the hinge to the window and all attaching hardware.

I need help to identify the correct operating mechanisms for two of my Crestline replacement windows installed in 2003. Window description is provided in photos. The operator arm has Truth 31850 on it.

It says TRUTH on all the parts and there are the following part numbers on the unit: Base: 45251 Middle arm piece: 31850 Also, I can't take the cover off the crank so I think the one I need will have to have it attached.
