Hi guys, my crank assembly is broken, unfortunately I do not know the manufacturere of the frame. I just stumbled upon your website and was hoping you could take a look and see if you recognize is without taking it apart.

I'm looking for replacements for my casement operators. The part # on the bottom is C-1040-9A. The outer arm has a sliding clip. The outer are attaches to the under side of the window. Thanks for posting. I'm not sure if your existing cranks will work with our 39-317 & 39-318 Split-Arm Operators. Does your original hardware match these two operators? Do they have the same dimensions? If you aren't sure, I'd have to see some pictures of your existing hardware to know for sure. ... (cont.)

Purchased operators, 39-325 and 39-326, do not match our installed operators. I need to turn the slave arm, the one that connects to the window, over to have the offset downwards intead of upwards. Is this possible? How do I do that? Paul

I am looking for the Dyad Operator 39-172 in a shorter arm length than displayed. The printing on it states 21550 "Truth." The one if the pictures displays a 5 inch operator arm but I need a 4 inch. I am trying to find a replacement operator. The one I have has Truth stamped on it with the number 21550. I have searched the truth window hardware site and still no luck. I need the operator exactly like 39-172 in white, except the part of the operator that is shown in the illustration that is 5 inches long is only 4 inches on my operator. Is this available. Everything is identical to my operator except that last link that connects to the window.
