Wright operator 7701This is off a Hurd casement (circa 1996). Your 39-317 & 318 split arms are a match. The operator has the locking clip on top of the arm.Is it reversible? Hello! I need to replace a few Left and right dyad Truth operators. The total length of the arm to the rotating crank is 9 1/4 in. The top part (connected to the window) is 4". The other part connected to the crank is 5 1/2". I found a few products on your site, but they are longer than what I have. ... (cont.)

The number on the crank is 21550 I need one crank with handle. I also need a new lock with handle. Would your company have it?

My present operator does not close casement window all the way. I turn the operator handle till it can't turn any more due to arm hitting the sill. At this point I can pull the window closed and lock it since it is only a cm. from being closed. Is this an operator issue that can be solved by replaci ... (cont.)

Looking for a split arm operators that are the same size as your 39-317 and 39-318 however I need it in what I believe is called the "Bronze" color. Do you have this color available?

I ordered hardware for crank window 39-172 and 39-171. All the size dimensions are the perfect size, but the swing arm is 5" and i need 4". With that being said the window wont close all the way now. I have a truth split arm operator. # imprint is 21550 Measurements are 4 3/8" and 4" Which is slightly bigger than product code 39-317. Do you have anything that matches? Thanks, Dominic
