I need a replacement part for this casement window

Casement window mfg is Silver Line. 17 yrs old. The hole in window (picture 4)is 3 5/8" wide. The arm when straight out is 8 1/2" from base to mounting hole. The long arm is 5" from joint to hole. Hi, I looked at the truth hardware site and cannot find a match for this Fuad operator. Need a left hand but would probably by a couple left and right as it is for rental property. In reverse side it has Truth logo and 4525l. The 4" arm has 21550 stamped into it.

One is a window handle for a casement windows the other one is a guide rubber for the locking Mechanism him on the window and the third is the operator

I've had these windows since 1999. Several of my latches and cranks need to be replaced. I think the latch is part 38-090. Not sure about the crank.

my problem is not the 39-317 part you recco but it is the second arm and slide assy of that combo that is the 5.5" gold arm in the picture on your web site that says Del Mar Toronto on it and the left side bottom and the silver metal base that the window slides on is 11.5" long. The gear inside the window crank does not work. Window does not want to close

Regarding window openers, We need 8 mechanisms. 4 that open left and 4 that open right. The stamp is 30905We also need 14 crank handles. The stamp says 45001We need 3 small track. Stamp says 40448If it comes in only white that that is fine. If the crank is shaped differently, that is fine too.T ... (cont.)
