Locks screen on window

The original dohicky to hold the screen in place is made of brittle plastic and many of them broke right away. I bent a paper clip to fit in the hole and that has sort of worked. I think if the material was rubber or a more flexible plastic they would still be working. The clip does not actually se ... (cont.)

The one I removed has a broken piece missing from the extension that catches to hold the clip in place once inserted and twisted into place.

Please find the pictures you requested. I’m looking to see if these clips can be found in metal because the clips I currently have either fall out or break and I’m unable to put the screen back in the window. Windows from Lowe's 20+ years agoThis is a swivel type, through the screen frame lock. There is a tab on the back side that is 90 degrees to the front swivel to lock it in when the lever is down.

Just bought your 70-211 screen turn clips to replace the ones shown here that have now completely disintegrated from age. I can't figure out how to get the old broken pieces out and the new pieces in without damaging the screen frame. Do you have any suggestions?

This is a clip that holds the screen from falling out of the window. The last 2 photos on the right are from the actual window and have the word Harvey on the window. Do you carry clips that will fit?

What tool or tools can be used to wedge open the channel on the screen frame in order to insert the 70-211 screen turn clip silverline?

Trying to find Plastic screen locks It's actually two pieces One pice fits in in between the channel of the screen The other is the turning device which fits like a wrench
