38-095 Maxim Multi-Point Lock, Medium Slider

The handle snapped off the latch/lock mechanism on my Wincore window. I hope the labels and pix I uploaded describe the window. I can provide more if needed, but hard to be sure all of the images I tried to upload actually did so.

I'm confident your model 38-095 or 38-096 is the correct part to replace my broken casement window lock. The problem is the lock handle itself. I am looking for a replacement of my broken multi point lock. I have attached basic dimensions on the attached picture. Your part 38-095 will likely fit but I am looking for the part with corner profile not a smooth arc (shown in red on the attached Photo).

Who made this casement lock? Etching on part is 2249.

There are no names on part. "2290" is cast on the inside of main body; "4" and "2249" cast on fork. The window company is Assura Windows (formerly TM Windows), in Pompano Beach Florida. I'm looking for both left and right casement lock keepers for my Ducana windows (built around 2003). The multi locking track utilizes 4 lock keepers. Part number looks like 5067R1 It is the locking mechanism for the window . there are two on both sides of the window. I believe it is 4 5/8" inches long.

I need a new latch (the part I am holding in my hand in the photo). The lever handle broke and no longer moves the latch. The latch is 4.5" long and the screw holes are 3.75" apart.

This is on a Milgard casement window that opens to the right. This lock is at the lower part of the window. The handle came free from the locking cam. There are few markings on the mechanism. Can you source? It's almond in color.

I removed my casement window multipoint lock, but it seems like its screw holes are closer together than anything I can find on your site. In my picture, the screw centers are abut 3-3/8 inches apart. The grip that extends to grab the window is 1 inch. I don't see any other identifying marks on the ... (cont.)

Hello my name is Jerry Gray, I need the locking mechanism for a left out swing window. The window is a Series 238 Casement, dimension 37H x38W. The order number its from is #438273,Date 6/28/19. I really appreciate your help and time thank you.
