The multipoint lock is jammed in one of my casement windows and when I slide the lever up or down, the lock does not open. I am unable to open the window to be able to have access to remove the lock. The only markings I can see are on the inside "B1 is stamped and circled and also "66" is stamped. It is the lock from a casement window.
