I need lock

Looking to replace this crank mechanism for our windows. Can you help me identify it? I have some that need to be replaced that are left hand and some that are right hand.

I know this is a terrible picture, but I am looking for the 40" mechanism that the multi-point latch slides up and down when engaged and unengaged. As you can see the bottom is kinda broken in half in the picture.

Need new latch

I have multiple latches that have failed with windows in the closed position so i cannot access the latch assembly to dismount and replace. Any advice on how to resolve?

The crank arm broke off the latch, so I cannot open the window. Included pics of the broken latch, and an intact latch from another window for comparison. It is a sash lock for a vinyl casement window. It has a claw like piece that lifts a lock bar to secure the window when the handle is in the down position.(The screw holes are 3 3/4" inches apart and screw the piece of hardware from the exterior side if the window frame.)
