This is a casement window. The window crank assembly is a Truth 30866. I don't see any brand name or part number on the latch.

I have a window lock that is broken and will not unlock the window. The handle is not engaged and will not unlock. I don't know how to unlock it to open the window and remove the broken lock to replace it.

Truth casement window crank handle and operator and lock

The lock latch is broken, wont catch (very loose). I believe the measurment is 4 3/4.the outside crank handle is cracked (see photo). I have 2 of each on my bay window and would like to replace them. Can I just replace the handle or the whole assy? is there a how 2 video on repairing this? what woul ... (cont.)
