I am looking for the internal parts to the lever handle and cover. I purchased the lever handle and cover and then realized it is the internal parts that need replacement. Hopefully, this is available for purchase. Thank you

Hi, Milguard recommended that I reach out to you for a lock/handle for one of their windows, circa 1999. Lever that locks window is broken off. Need to replace entire unit. Measures 3/4" W x 4" H, roughly 1" D. Please advise. Thanks.

Hello - we purchased this window from Home Depot, a Tafco 30 x 48 casement window. The locking latch is damaged, and we haven't been able to get any help from HD or Tafco. Can you please help us identify which part this would be for ordering on your site?

Window crank and lock need to be replaced

When trying to shut the latch it won't engage to lock it down into place. We cannot see what the brand name of the window is. (The remodel was done about 9 years ago now) and the latch doesn't seem to have any numbers on it. Local big box store did not have anything that matched. ... (cont.)

Quoting a job to replace crank assembly and locks on PGT casement window originally installed in 2004

Photos show removed broken latch and one that is working and installed. The screw centers are 3 13/16" for attachment and the locking slot is 3/8". The inset slot in the frame is 4 1/4" x 1/2".

The inside linkage is no longer working to secure the door. Handle will raise up/down but does not operate the vertical glide just inside exterior side of window

I need 2 different operators, I think dyad and dual. Also the latches 2 different kinds , stud brackets and hinges(10" and 14").
