2009 new build, looking for a new handle with the lock mechanism

Hello, I have a double sliding glass door with the above numbers. The lock has broken and is now locked in place. Is there any way to unlock the door without breaking it? Also, I would like to order a replacement lock if it's in stock. Any advice is highly appreciated!

Broken sliding glass door handle. Broke at internal handle backing plate. Would like to replace just the handle if possible but can replace entire piece if necessary. Please advise to matching replacements.

The locking mechinism suddenly broke. It broke in the lock position and we had to pry open. Cannot find replacement. Hoping you can help. Do not see any numbers or markings with our old eyes. Door is 10 years old.
