Hi we were looking to get more info on where we can find this crank as well as individual replacement parts. If there are any other names or model # it goes by please let us know.

The only parts in your inventory that I can find that might be similar are #39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning. However, ours are a slightly differnt size and have a clip on the ends that your part does not have. Thoughts? We order lots of parts through you, but this is not one I've ordered in the past. ... Can't identify this brand, will need to replace that black piece what I believe to be a pivot slide. Do you have any that will work here? A suggestion to replace the entire assembly would be a good alternative but it would be a lot less work to replace the pivot slide.

I'm sure it just wore down over time. I just need to know where to find a new piece of plastic.

I believe these would be called awning window shoes. It's where the swing arms attach to the window. We have had some break and want to replace them. The ones in teh current window seem to be a single piece spanning the gap that both arms fit into. I could be wrong. I saw the shoes on your webs ... (cont.)

I couldn't find the name of the window But on one of the photos has a sticker with a bunch of numbers.

I have the arms, as well as sash plate, but don't have the hardware to mount it back up. Can anyone help locate them? The crank arms have numbers: 3236(left) 3027(right)

The operator arms broke at the ends so they no longer will attach to the window, would like a replacement. Thanks.

Hello, I was wondering what this part of the casement operator part that sits under the window and connects to the arm. Do you have these available?

My home is a Topsider, factory built in Clemmons, North Carolina, and assembled here in the Bahamas in 2001. It still has 36 of the original Jalousie windows, and the cranks are failing, mostly the plastic parts. Plastic comes to the Bahamas to die, and I'm amazed that most of them are still working ... I believe I'm looking for two parts - 1) the window crank handle keeps falling off and 2) and the black rectangular bit has broken bits that have fallen off and as a result won't stay connected to my window. Seems like the model for this awning operator is 39-393? I do need to remove them and get the measurement to be sure. Which handle will go with this? Also, do I need to replace the bracket? How do I know if the bracket needed to be replaced? Appreciate the help.

I need to replace the black casement slide for my awning window. Mine is broken. I have glued it back together as you can see in this picture. At the bottom of the window where the operator arms come together there is a small black plastic piece that slides on. It's a two hole for both operator arms. What is this called and do you have any in stock ???
