82-055 Acorn Sliding Door Handle Set, 3-1/2"

Looking for a replacement door handle for our patio door. Something similar to the Acorn sets you have in 3 1/2 inch hole centers, but our door is 1-1/2 inches thick. Do you have something in a dark finish wiht a wood handle that will fit our door? Kay

Door approx 28-30 years old. Inside handle broke. Need the metal piece that the handle attaches to. Screw to screw measures 3-1/2 inches. This part is in an apartment that was build in the early 1970's. There is a #121 inside the part that attaches on the outside of the door.
