I have a broken sliding door handle that I need to replace. I took photos (which I tried to send on the failed site method). On the outside piece, it says DOTWAL. The door is 1" thick. I have a sliding glass door handle that has broken. I cannot find a part/model number. It measures INTERIOR: Plate: 5 1/2" & Handle: 9 1/2". Exterior: Plate: Smallest 3 3/4" & Handle: 7 1/16". Which roller do I need? I am on the Homeowners Association for a condominium in Seattle and we have ~50 doors where rollers and some handles need replacements. Having trouble finding the lock for our sliding glass doors.I went to 2 local lowes and 3 home depots and no one carries it.

I am looking for a patio door handle/lock. The only info I have is the number on the inner side, L-120.

This patio door handle is from around 1976-81. I have tried to show all markings. The outside handle has the name DOrWALL on it. The inside has the number 120 imprinted on it. Door handle is broken and very old so we can't find any markings on it. There is a label on the door frame so we sent a picture of that. It's the flip lock kind.
