Please for the love of god. I've been trying to replace the patio door handles for a month and everything I buy is wrong. The old handle was a sash control inc handle. I need a new door handle that locks and new mechanism. What do you recommend?

The inside door handle broke after 50+ years of use. The handle was manufactured by Sash Controls Inc. The handle is aluminum and doesn't extend far from the door so the screen can pass past it. The handle measures 7 7/8 inches and the part that attaches to the door measures 6 1/8 inches. The ... (cont.)

Hi, I bought and installed an 82-055 handle from Swisco in January 2021. The wooden handle worked itself loose so I took the handle off the door to tighten the screws.
