I measured center of the holes are5 1/2" height 1 1/2" the body is 4" the wheels are 1 1/4" in diameter

This is brass with what appears to have a name of Mbc on each side of it. Hard plastic wheels with a patent number of 1001b it appears on the side of the wheels. looking for a pair of roller assemblies for a Legance vinyl sliding patio door make date 8/29/2018tandem rollers look like your 81-149 but the roller wheels are flat not concave

One of the wheels on one of these roller assemblies broke (ball bearings leaking out, door grinds open), so I'm looking for a replacement part. The only marking on here is a "V". Not sure of the door maker, but adjustment Philips screw is recessed on the inside of the door. Most of the rollers adjustment screws are located at the end of the door. Is there a place to find the manufactures name on sliding glass doors?

My sliding door has plastic flat surface rollers that run on a flat rail. All the replacement parts I can find online have plastI. Or metal concave rollers designed for a convex rail. Please help me find the right replacement part. Thank you!Best regards,Ron

Looking for direct replacement part. If not available, willing to substitute for different roller such as item 81-151. Most important is width of wheel is close to 3/8 inch. Wood track groove is 1/2 wide. Rollers should support approx 200 lbs per pair. Thank you. Chris
