Hello, I have some casement windows from 1983 and am looking to replace the operator arms, crank handles, and sash lock with a compatible keeper. Part numbers are as follows: operator arm: 40056 RH with the number 3 on it crank handle: can't find number but want one that matches operator color ... (cont.)

This is the code I found on the windows i'm looking currently to replace the gold/taupe tone parts, crank, crank cover, lock and screen to a white color. Can you help me? I cannot seem to find a match these. They are the same measurements as some, but none have the four screws.

My house was built in 1981. Not sure if these are the original windows or not as I also have Andersen casements in the house too. The identifying number on the back of the latch is 40226. It measures 2.5' by 3".

The latch doesn't fully close. You can push it closed but it pops open again.The other window has to be pushed closed from the outside and since it's on the 2nd floor and separated from another window ( that opens) by a window that's fixed, so it's a bit dangerous trying to close it.
