Hello, The need to replace several broken pivot bars on my 15 year old Crystal tilt sash windows. I'm not able to get the broken pieces out of the shoe while in the jamb so I'm not sure if the shoes need to be replaced as well. Hi. A pivot pin is entirely missing an a double-hung window in my apartment. The spring clip is still in the track, but without the pin, obviously, the window won't grab the clip. when the window would not stay open I took it out of the frame and noticed that the plastic part at the side was missing. There is a small pin (size of a screw) that sticks out and fits into a hole in the inside portion of the window which is attached to a spiral piece that expands and retracts as y ... (cont.)

As you can tell, I'm in need of several plastic slide pivot bars for Anpaul Series 1500 vinyl Windows.. Part 26-379 looks slightly too large. 2 1/4" long, 1/2" wide.. My part looks identical to a customer inquiry on 26-379 web page from 7-15-2015.

The clip I need fits inside the rail. The other part I need slides into the bottom of the window and then snaps inside that clip. Not sure, but I believe this is a Crystal window. thank you for your help. Peter

By any chance do you have any other part numbers on your website for T-Pivot Bars basides Slide In T-Pivot Bar 26-373. This part does not fit my window. I need something sligtly larger as picture.

Hello I have tilt windows, they seem to have standard hardware, I ordered most of my replacement parts already. But I cannot find a match anywhere for these pivots. I can't find any part#s or windows brand names on my windows to help. See my pictures. Thanks John

I would like to know what is the correct part number to the bottom Slide In T-Pivot Bar for the same window

I purchased a house a year ago and there is no sticker to identify the window brand I need to get some pivot bar and pivot bar holders for the bottom of window. The top part takes your part number 26-243 and 26-244 and the bottom slot looks the same as the top and that they modified the top pieces ... (cont.)
