Shoes and balances window rehab
Our home was built in 1981 and we still have the original windows. It has aluminum windows made by Better Bilt Windows, which is no longer in business. how to remove the 26-375?
I also have the #26-375 pivet bar. I have 2 to install. Is there a video such as the ones above to show how to do this? I just had the glass replaced and it looks like I have to redo the glass to get the pivet bars in place. Any help with this will do. Also a Better-Built brand window. Thanks ... (cont.)

Removal of a pivot bar on a Better Bilt (I think) window
I have a double hung vinyl window from the early to mid 90s with what looks like the 26-375 pivot bar. The pivot bar snapped where it engages the pivot lock so I need to replace it, but I can't figure out how to remove the bar. There is no visible screw or anything. Any ideas? Thanks. ... (cont.)

Locking Pin for Better-bilt window
This is from a Better-Bilt window. The 'pin' is in the bottom channel and slides into the Pivot Lock Shoe- part #15-045 (which is also broken). Do you carry this? Length is 2 1/4", Thickness is 1/4", Height is 3/8"
