Broken part from windowpanePivot bar

need a replacement pivot bar. See attached photos. One image shows the functional pivot bar, the other two show the broken one. There is also a label in the window frame for reference. Do you have a replacement, and if so , what is the cost?

Pin has spring behind to hold in slot at sides of panel. Glass originally purchased at Lowe's through BetterBilt South: single hung: Colonial style: Aluminum. Hope this helps.

I have a 1995 Better built window spring at the bottom of the window that is broken the function of this piece is to hooks into the Better Bilt 15-045 pivot shoe. The piece is broken and I need a new one if someone could help that would be great. Jonathan.

Hello, I would like to change the hardware on my windows. The sprial balancer is 30 inches long and has a red end. I also need the title latches and one of the bottom spring loaded ears broke. Can you help me with part numbers?

I have Better Bilt tilt windows installed in a 2002 home. Some windows have become difficult to open and close. I have not attempted to adjust the tension on the balances. Not sure whether or not to do any kind of maintenance on the hardware or just replace them. Is there any trouble shooting method ... (cont.)

need the top latch mechanisms that lock to the tensioner that allow it to stay in place and activating it tilts window down and the bottom spring loaded pointed latch underneath the window that attachs to the insert inside the track that hold window in place, I tried to send pics but red button ... These seem to be spring loaded at the bottom of the window the pins are gone that would go in the balance

I need to replace approximately 40 to 60 pivot bars and need something close in size to what is there now. They are windows from the Stephen Laurie company from maybe 30 plus years ago. 1980's Better-Bilt double hung tilting window. Need pivot bars. The tips of mine are broken off. What remains is about 1 3/8" long. I also took a picture of the pivot so you can see what the pivot bar goes into.

These pivot bars slide into into the bottom (tilting) window and are spring loaded in a track. I found your corner tilt latches, part # 26-351, fit perfectly! But cannot seem to find a pivot bar. Your part # 26-375 for a Better-Built pivot bar did not seem the same. Mine have a square bar insert on ... (cont.)

One side of my dh-r30 window won't engage the pivot sash. After looking, the tab on pin that engages the pivot sash is broken off. Can I get a replacement? Thanks.
